How we operate

Our individual approach means working closely with you from your initial enquiry right through until the event takes place, making sure everything is just as you imagined and within budget. We do the hard work for you, coming up with solutions and controlling costs throughout. 

Once we are sure we understand your objectives, and only then, will we employ our resources and knowledge to shortlist potential venues on Rhodes for you.  We don’t believe in giving you a list of venues to choose from until we know exactly what you require.  Some of our most successful events have been held at venues previously unimagined!  We love a challenge!

Our fundamental concept is that each client is unique and therefore each event should be unique.  We plan each event from scratch and pride ourselves on consistently coming up with creative solutions to fit the client’s brief. Each event is custom made for the client.
